When AJ Walsh was a little boy, his older brother had an accident and died. AJ blames himself. His whole life he's tried to be the good son, the good friend, the good everything but he's always felt he never measured up to the image of his deceased brother. Especially to his parents. While tending bar one night, he meets Brett. She's a tattooed, pixie looking, spitfire. Brett needs to show her father that she's capable of managing their new tattoo parlor across town and she only has three weeks to do that. She needs to show him that she's making better choices. After one night together, AJ and Brett agree that if he pretends to be her boyfriend for three weeks, then she will show him a wild time, in bed and out of it. When you meet someone that you feel free to be your true self around, you keep her. The only problem was that AJ only showed himself to Brett and NO ONE ELSE. Does she really want to be with someone that is afraid to show his true self to his friends and family? I love this third book in the After Hours series. I'm so happy that AJ found himself a sexy little tattoo artist. Brett is great! I love her "take me as I am" attitude. She and AJ are perfect together. Their chemistry in and out of bed is explosive! I am hooked by the writing style of Elle Kennedy and I can't wait to read more. Received a copy in exchange for an honest review.
