Plaintiffs in error Hawkins, Cory and Hutton as the Civil Service Commission of the City and County of Denver, will hereinafter be referred to as the Commission; August Hanebuth as the Manager of Safety and Excise, as Manager; City and County of Denver as the City, and plaintiffs in error collectively as defendants.
