This book collects selected papers from the 2025 International Conference on Mechanical Design (ICMD 2025), Hangzhou, China. It focuses on innovation, and brings the community of researchers in the fields of mechanical design together. It exchanges and discusses the most recent investigations, challenging problems and new trends and encourages the wider implementation of advanced design technologies and tools in the world, particularly throughout China.
