    Gut wrenching without belaboring the horrific damage of physical and psychological trauma. This HEA has you rooting for the angels and wondering why society doesn’t see the damage caused by such evil.

    I was troubled by the abuse at the beginning of the story. I loved how the author developed the characters to support victims of abuse. I loved the happy ending.

    Wow! This book packed a punch. Couldn’t put it down. Loved the dynamics of Stone and Sophie, both with problems and insecurities they had to overcome. Sophie was a victim of severe abuse and Stone had to help her overcome it while dealing with his own issues. Action packed and sweet too.
